Howdy guys! It's me, Matthew! I'm so glad to have been your PR for this long and I'm excited to end the year out as your PR! Being PR has made me realize how much I love social media and technology. I have been able to use my good 'ol laptop as a window into a world that is so vast and expansive for me to communicate and connect with not just y'all but Key Clubbers from all around! Thank you so much and I'll keep working hard for you guys!
Q: What contributed most to this years success?
A: An amazing officer board, first and foremost!! We had such a great group of people on our board this year, it made my job very easy. Second of all, our district and divisional staff were very helpful in answering any and all questions I had regarding Key Club and life! Lastly, I couldn’t have run such an amazing club without amazing sponsors/advisors to keep us on track. everybody really gave 110% effort this year, and i feel that it’s really shown! Thank You Key Clubbers, Y'all are my number uno! Happy Holidays Key Clubbers! This first semester has been amazing with so many new members from ALL grades! This semester our Key Club has been first quarter consecutively! This could not have been done without you guys! Thank You so much Key Clubbers and continue volunteering!
Sheila Lopez: C/O '20: First Year MemberWhy did you join Key Club and what was your first event? I chose to join Key Club my senior year because I was looking for more opportunities to be involved in my community and be able to give back to it. My first event was the Christmas in July Marathon. I met three officers that truly impacted my Key Club experience. These were Asha Lamba, Matthew Nguyen, Megan Trinh. I had already known Megan but Asha and Matthew were new to me and I am very glad to have met them. They made volunteering fun for me and made me be able to enjoy my volunteering experience. Who is your favorite officer and why? My favorite officer would have to be Megan Trinh. She's devoted passionate and willing to help everyone everyone around her. She welcomes everyone to Key Club events with open arms and makes everyone excited to volunteer with her. For this, she is my favorite officer. Thank you Megan. An Dang, C/O '20, Vice-President
